The attached is on the mother board of GM Truck Radio and I am trying to locate the Eeprom chip I searched the numbers but coming up dry Can someone tell what that 8 pin chip is?

Your eyesight must be better than mine I can't see any logo, just a smudge by pin 8???The logo looks like Fairchild. Fairchild made a FM24C64 EEPROM.
So what of the second one the 15532 6036? Or is there an eeprom on the board? If no eeprom what would be used to store the bios? The first one you brought up does not match that of an EEPROM.
It could be a Fairchild (ONsemi) MOSFET.

You are assuming that all computers need a BIOS. This is not the case for an embedded system. We need to know what MCU is on board. So what of the second one the 15532 6036? Or is there an eeprom on the board? If no eeprom what would be used to store the bios?
Here is a closeup of the Large chip hope it helpsYou are assuming that all computers need a BIOS. This is not the case for an embedded system. We need to know what MCU is on board.
We need some more clues. What is the year of manufacture of the board? You can extract clues from the date stamp on the ICs.
Show us a clear photo of the large IC. We need to know what processor chip is used on the board.
