I have been fixing some bent keys on my Roland rd88, and is now trying to reconnect this ffc-cable and its connector after the cable seemingly just fell out of it :

There seems to be no latches on the connector, and the cable doesn't seem to wanna just slide in either.
Here's another picture of a similar connector on the board, but one that's mounted flat:

It seems to only go about half a mm into the connector, and easily falls out again.

Never mind - it was just awkward to apply enough pressure - I got it in!
