    I'd guess it was an RFID tag or a wireless transponder.

    If you give more information, you'll get some better guesses.

    Hi! Thanks for you replay, I think the circuit at left is a RFID i guess it type is UHF but i didn't know why the antenna is related with a second circuit at right side and what's the thing with black color?

    The black blob on the right looks like "chip on board", an integrated circuit die bonded directly to the circuit board or flex material, underneath epoxy or some other sealant.

    Role of COB on RFID is to supply information typically about the product
    it is attached to. Or to store from reader device data about process flow
    for the product, like where it is located in a supply chain, or GPS coordinates
    of a place it is moving thru, or constituent materials used in product or.....

    Many applications and methods COBs function as.
