Hi! Thanks for you replay, I think the circuit at left is a RFID i guess it type is UHF but i didn't know why the antenna is related with a second circuit at right side and what's the thing with black color?

 

The black blob on the right looks like "chip on board", an integrated circuit die bonded directly to the circuit board or flex material, underneath epoxy or some other sealant.
