LAN isolation transformer for network interface.

 

Its an isolation transformer module for 10baseT LAN connection. At a guess it connects to the socket above labelled JLAN which looks like a PCB-mounted RJ45 LAN Port...

I can't find a datasheet for that exact part, but its probably similar to NS6925417, it could be an older version or a custom job.
