Hi guys,

So I'm working with a sensor that has 3 pins (FS5.0.1L.195): GND, output and a heater.
so my quesetion is if I can supply directly a 5v in the heater pin (since it says that the power supply is 5v)? if not what I can do?
also in the datasheet it's mentionned this :

Heater resistance: * RH(0 °C) = 45 Ohm +/- 1 %
Temperature sensor: * Rs(0 °C) = 1200 Ohm +/- 1 %

The data sheet says the maximum heater voltage is 3.0 volts. The heater must be supplied with a fixed stable voltage so that the that the only thing that effects the temperature is the gas flow over the sensor.
