Hey D, we all miss things.

 

The only thing I'm missing is peanut butter and jelly sandwich for some reason.
I have personally played a very small role in breathing life into one of these gadgets. And of course it's the coolest gadget. I get no royalties so don't bother asking.

 

 

 

Cool video - but the subtitles pizzed me off. Too fast for me to read. Backing up the video and pausing it resulted in the play bar obscuring the subtitles as well. I could watch OR try to read. Not both. Still, cool video.

It's "Tacoma Narrow's Bridge" and it collapsed many years ago. One car fell into the Narrow's and a dog died in that car. The video showing what they're suggesting was the TNB is fake. Yes, TNB did fail due to resonant flutter but it was an extremely narrow bridge. Not having anything to do with the name, it was literally a two lane bridge. Narrow as all get-go. Even on the slightest breeze days the bridge was nicknamed "Galloping Gertie".
