It is well known that Voltage Follower (Buffer Amplifier) can be used to connect high resistance voltage source to load. We are limited with output opamp current, so there is limited range of resistances we can connect at output. Can we modify circuit on some way to expand this range?

First, look at the opamp's data sheet for max source and sink current at specified Vol and Voh.

You can buy special opamps that can source and sink up to several Amps.

This sounds like it is directly a homework problem, especially starting off with something like, "It is well known that ...." Now that's perfectly fine, but ideally, you should have thrown out your thoughts on what the answer might be. Of course, in this case you were saved that whole part of the process since someone answered your homework question for you.
