Why the emphasis ?
VB6 development on 64-bit Windows or any native architecture other than 32-bit is not and will not be supported.
You are only stating what I have already said
The VB6 IDE and the VB6 Runtime both run on 64 bit PCs. The runtime is supported whether on 32 bit or 64 bit.

“Project Centennial” a Universal Windows Platform Bridge will also support VB6 programming.
