Why the emphasis ?
Microsoft have stated "Windows 10 is designed to run Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 software programs. And yes, everyone’s favorite VB6 Runtime will continue to work, too."
“Project Centennial” a Universal Windows Platform Bridge will also support VB6 programming.

The Visual Basic team is committed to “It Just Works” compatibility for Visual Basic 6.0 applications on the following supported Windows operating systems: Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 including R2, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 including R2, and Windows 10.
You are only stating what I have already saidVB6 development on 64-bit Windows or any native architecture other than 32-bit is not and will not be supported.
The VB6 IDE and the VB6 Runtime both run on 64 bit PCs. The runtime is supported whether on 32 bit or 64 bit.
Because you aren't reading it...Why the emphasis ?
