Ultrasound Circuit Design needed

I have a 1MHz piezo crystal through which i have to drive 2 Watt power. The resonant impedance is 7.6ohm. I have designed the circuit using arduino that produces 1Mhz but only 40mA. Can anyone suggest a current booster/driver circuit so as to increase current output from 40mA to 300mA.
