I have an LED sign that I would like turn mobile, and I have no clue how to do that.

The adaptor that came with it says the output is DC 12V 1.5A.
Making electron pixies do what I want is just about impossible without help, I'm not even sure if I gave the right information, so if anything is unclear let me know.

The output can be 10A and sign will still work fine.
Description of sign says 5-30V, 3W, so I'm assuming it's .25A @ 12V.

For how long do you want it mobile? 2 hrs? 5 days?
8 "C" or "D" batteries should make it mobile for a while..

 

If I can get it running mobile for an hour I'd be happy, but longer is better.

Ty! the 8 D cell batteries did the trick, and I got it up and running. I don't know where to find a proper battery pack like in the picture, so I made my own.
