Hi all,

I have a damaged Kollmorgen S200 series servo motor driver that I wish to repair. I did some search on the net, but found no schematic of the driver.
Is it possible to troubleshoot such device without a schematic if no damaged companents are visible? Any clues of what I can do to make it work?

Well you would have to identify the sub circuits and know their intended functions/inputs/outputs,etc.. if nothing is visibly damaged..

 

That is a very sophisticated drive with firmware processors, unless the fault is in the power output section components, you may have a problem.
