I like to download hour long mp.3's like Amphour and Solder Smoke. When I try to download on my Windows 7 computer at home the process fails. When I download at work no problem. I have no clue about how to solve this problem. Any thoughts, questions, comments welcome.

Is the problem only with MP3 files? Try a movie or application of similar size. If they all fail, I'd ask my isp for help. It sounds like you are being throttled. If only the MP3 fails, I have no idea but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask.
