What affect does a short have on the DC and AC voltages if a Transistor is shorted at Base-Collector and Base-Emitter?

 

If it is shorted at base-collector and at base-emitter then all three terminals are shorted together and you might as well remove it from the circuit and just tie all three terminals together, because they already are.
