i started simulating the two stage circuit
but as per theoritical and my understanding the two stage voltage about 2*300V=600v ideally and about 400-500v practical with all parasitics
but i got the attached waveform at the load which is mV order
pl guide and help me

i used the model from diodecorp and the model attached,as per theory the first capacitor will connect in series with second capacitor the second transistor will go to avalanche and the two capacitors voltage shall come across load.
but in reality not happening. the voltage across load shown as1773591936704.png

hi s129,
I tried various edits but could not get the transistors to Avalanche, where did you find the original circuit?

hi s129,
This is an example showing that avalanche transistor working as expected.
The circuit is similar to the type I used in my ESP laser rangers.

can i connect two 5 stage pulse generators in parallel to increase the current in the common load 50 ohm,
i could not get the double voltage at the load

Hi sri,
Where did you find the original circuit?

How can you expect a very high Emitter current with Collector loads of 10K?

In one of the publication claimed the above circuit,

can you help me Gibbs to understand this and to simulate in LTSpice
