Can any one help me with the identification this componet which I beleive to be a Transistor I need to replace on a automotive control panel. 12 V. bult by Delco (GM) The small indentation stamp reads Mexico 35

Came up with nothing.

What control panel is it a part of? It may likely be overall easier and cheaper to replace the module with one from a parts yard.
