It’s in tiny print on page 8.
But unless you are unlucky* enough to find some Hitachi lateral FETs, ALL MOSFETs are connected the same way: gate-drain-source looking at the device with the pins towards you.

In fact, every device apart from SCRs in that package has its control terminal on the left.

*or lucky as you could sell them for a fortune on EBay.
