I'd done A, but no idea about b,c and d. I've tried looking for 4 hours now but still no luck.

 

What were you taught about transistor functions?

 

The transistors are used as switches,

base / emmiter voltage is approx 0.7V for silicon, gate voltage -5v,

the diode is for back emf suppression from the relay.
