'ß' beta is the ratio of ic/ib in transistor...does a transistor with higher beta means wether it decreases ib or it grabs more electrons to increase ic ?
how beta is changed during manufacturing process..providing reference pic ..

Ib is determined by Vin, Rin and the voltage drop between base and emitter, so if beta changes it has to change Ic (unless the transistor is in saturation).
The base emitter conection is basically a diode.

To try and boil this down to simple wording Beta is the current gain a transistor is capable of.
We'll keep this example as a common emitter configuration since that's the most common.

If you have a transistor with a Beta of 100 then passing 1 mA through the BE junction should allow the CE junction to pass 100 mA.

If the Beta is 1000 then that same 1 mA through the BE junction should allow the CE junction to pass 1000 mA.

Remember, this is just a very simplified explanation.

Beta is set by the device geometry and the doping level of the semiconductors... to actually get something out of that sentence you'd need to look into semiconductor physics.
