For a MPPT circuit push pull based, I will drive mosfets bu using a MCU at 125 kHz. Do you know any transistor based circuit topology to drive Gates of mosfets at high frequency.

near the bottom of this page you will see a simple 'totem pole' mosfet driver circuit using BJTs.

One thing to consider if there is a 'high side' mosfet just ditch discrete components and get a dedicated high/low side driver IC.
