Hey guys im really struggling with this question and was wondering if I could get some help.
Im not sure how to derive the transfer function, should I treat C and RL as being in parallel and then use the voltage divider equation?

Hi,

You can do it that way yes, with the impedance of C being 1/(s*C) as usual.
