testing VNA cables for proper funtioning

Why do you think they are bad? I test mine with my NanoVNA H4 which I use outside when not using my HP ESA-L1500A bench Spectrum Analyzer. Although my work is 1.2GHz to lower RF so I usually use RG316 or RG400. Which fittings are you using? Do you torque your SMA fittings?

I am talking about 70GHZ, i am looking for testing the cable method because I have causality issues.
maybe directivity
