Hello.

I have this square-wave generator with 3 phases. What I want to do is to step up every step individually without affecting each other.

For example, a TIP 122 or other, in order to be able to get a very strong signal, as stronger as better.

Please if someone can help me by designing on this schematic already what needs to be added so it works.

Can you give more detail about how you will use the higher power signals?

 

When you say "step up" what exactly do you mean? Do you want higher voltage? Do you want higher current? Do you want higher power?
I second the request that you tell us what you will use the "stepped up" square waves for. This is especially true if you mean high power.
