the requirements are,
The input signal of the limiter Vin is a sinewave having a maximum amplitude of 10V and a frequency of 60Hz.
The input signal Vin is fed to the circuit through a resistor 500 ohm. and if Vin<=-9v , Vout = 10v and -9v<=Vin<=6v , 0v<=Vout<=10v and Vin>=6v , Vout = 10v are the needful factors for the limmiter. s
o I should use only the following components
-a Diodes with a constant voltage drop of 0.7V.
- Zener diode operating in the reverse bias region with Vz=4v at Iz = 1mA , and rz = 1ohm.
- Resistor (having any value)
- DC voltage sources with a voltage between -0.7V and +0.7V.
How to design the circuit using these components. the circuit must be easy to understand and give me a diagram for the circuit

There are various different meanings for the term "limiter" in electronics. It could be an audio limiter that reduces the volume of the signal, or a voltage limiter that prevents harm to other components.
And also, the shopping list of requirements make it look a lot like homework.

Since this appears to be a learning experience, you should show us your approach to solving the problem.
If we just give you the circuit, you won't learn much.
