First, you need to consider what will be required to provide a negative current. Think back to the basic DC circuits class and that will be obvious as to the additional requirement for a negative current.

It depends on what kind of load you are driving.
If your load is a loudspeaker you can choose one of the following:

1) single supply with capacitive coupling to the load
2) bipolar supply with direct push-pull output
3) bridged output (H-bridge)

really, THE TS can simply flip that circuit across the "ground" and substitute PNP power transistors for the NPN devices. Then tie the bases of the two input transistors together. Exactly like the very early transistor amplifiers that suffered crossover distortion.
