I refuse to use Paypal. Once burned, forever learned.

Right... I'll never ever ever light up my fireplace aga.... wait... there's something wrong with that line of reasoning...

 

I had no issues yet, but I do get emails saying paypal is hacked.
I just ignore it.

 

I've been using Pay Pal for longer than I can remember now. So farI have had no major issues. A few inconveniences from time to time as they tried doing some changes but that about it.

Same here. No issues in over a decade.

 

I'm glad for all this talk; I just went in and adjusted pre-approved payments that are coming out of my account each year. I believed that those companies stopped my account and yet paypal allowed the payments to come out anyway; I sent a letter and provided documented proof to go-daddy and yet they never canceled my subscription. I also apparently set up a billing amount with woot.inc who's pay limit amount was according the the monthly subscriptions set at $15,000,00; really?

I never agreed to such terms as far as I know; so be careful. I think putting a pre-pay card is most likely the best thing to do in my case; since apparently I subscribed? Even the Netflix I canceled was still being charged and I haven't watched anything for over a year now?

Just saying. It's a good idea to look at your account and make sure the charges a legitimate. Especially the ones that can be re-curring charges; just because you have taken care of it on one end doesn't mean that charge has been canceled with paypal.

And sometimes I tell them to F~K~F, pretty nicely & Lock the account, delete the account I just could not care less.
Still My account is active and no problem yet.
