You never kill drunks, that's bad luck. Our Shore Patrol SOP for handling mean drunks was a swimming trip to the toilet to sober them up.

Besides, they have Charlotte going now, where the Chief of Police has seen 4 days of rioting and still refuses to show his evidence.

I would never open carry in the city. Oregon is a traditional open carry state but why do it in towns if you have CCW? I usually open carry when in the wild and have never had a cop or a ranger bat an eye about it.

What I find interesting in the listed sequence of events is that officer Turnbrough fires his taser first then Officer Shelby fires her gun as the left hand moves and is unobservable. My crystal ball is not working either but maybe those two actions are related.

As you can see it's not a racist thing with the police. Crowl is one of the nutcase "sovereign citizens" we have up here. Not the kind of people to be hanging around with because they go looking for trouble and they find it. This guy is stupid.

My first rule about police is to never make any contact of your own free will.
(Don't even give them a one finger salute unless it's below the window level.)
If they do come in contact with me, give them nothing to work with. (Right to remain silent)
Still, I have seen video of police arresting a Lawyer for remaining silent, then telling her she has the right to remain silent.
(Another lawsuit payout, obviously.)

Those people who go around police, just waiting for them to do some stupid 'roid rage thing, are risking their lives just to chew on the small end of the corruption stick.

Of course, the fact that it is an act of risking your life to video police is a good enough reason for some people.

This is only the second or third year that citizen cameras seem to be everywhere, and police officers are learning how much damage that can do in court.
