The outputs of the FIMER 201 welding machine give 0 Volts and a clicking sound is heard from the control circuit and the yellow and green light lamps are constantly flashing.

The Output Voltage is fluctiating.

Why is the machine giving this error? What should be done to fix this fault? Which parts should be checked?

The TIP127 power transistor in the control part of this machine exploded together with the 63V 22mikroFARAD and 50V 220microFARAD 2 capacitors in the control part after the machine was started for a while. I replaced these parts with new ones, but still the same clicking sound is coming, but the yellow light and the green light does not give flashing error.

Tank capacitors charge at 450V but up to 300V maximum. I measured it with an avometer, each of the capacitors is solid.

After replacing the parts and restarting the machine, there was no explosion, and there was a fluctiating output voltage ranging between 50-0 and there was a slight smell from the machine.
