Hi,
I got a 24v mower, that don't have much info. online with a name of 'UTOPIA'. there are two 12v batteries, one is 13V, and the other one is 11.5V, the mower got Sizzle sound as long as the lower battery placed in at 11.5v, charge it to 13v and placed in the mower can start the motor a short moment, then sizzle noise again.
There is mechanism control the starting, as pictures. seems the metal induction?
question: 1. where the noise from? motor? how to fix?
2. can I just short the circuit instead of the start mechanism? which pin short OK?
Thanks
Adam

The circuit second picture covered on the metal, which move slide to trig the circuit.

If it runs when both batteries are fully charged then there's nothing wrong with the mower. If it runs a very short period of time and then just tries to run (making the noise) and one battery shows 11 volts - then you probably have a bad battery. They can read a full voltage but their capacity may be gone.

If you replace the weaker battery and the mower runs then get another new battery and start with two new batteries in good condition.

We don't know what chemistry the battery is made from so we can't tell for sure if it's a battery problem. Then again, a broken wire is indication of potential problems there. Could be multiple issues too.

Thank you ThePanMan.
it was running a little while and doesn't run at all now even with two full batteries, which tested run other mower well.
it doesn't noise before, maybe bad assembly? or need grease it?
