I gave these connections property, but I am not getting the output. So is there any mistakes in that circuit diagram and any changes should I do. Please help me with this

What is the purpose of the 10u in the Base of the 2N2222.
Do you have a Arduino sketch you could post.?

Ok are you getting a 5V output in the Blue feed to the 1K resistor?

If yes the check the transistor if no then there's something wrong with the Arduino and input.

 

Can you be more specific? Which part of your circuit you do not have output? is it on LCD or Sensor?

 

As @ericgibbs mentioned, seeing your code is important. There are two parts to this problem and you have only provided (some of) one of them. Photos of your actual wiring would also help to eliminate a lot of blind questioning.
