I'm looking for someone with experience in digital design to construct a rf logic pulsing circuit to send digital signals via tuned inductive resonance (from one antenna to its match).
Any thoughts on this?

Inductors and transformers with that type of construction are often touted as being "Self Shielding", which tells me that they have not much external field. That is the opposite of what you want for an antenna. At least for most applications.
