I designed a 100 W synchronous boost converter that makes 12 V input voltage to 26.8 V output voltage with 250 KHz frequency for an MPPT application with a microcontroller. In LTspice simulation the circuit worked well but in the prototype it draws too much current than 6.5 Amps in every Duty Cycle level and it doesn't change and the output capacitor short-circuited. Also, I can measure no output voltage while input voltage can read.
