Hi,
Can anyone explain me about the circuit which is used in powering ON and powering OFF the cellphones.
Switch should be pressed for some amount of time to either switch it ON/OFF. Is a counter being used or an RC section.

Hi, It is done by the microcontroler or a dedicated power superviser device in the phone.... You can however do it with a few IC's and components if you are not using micro....Daniel.
