Suitable circuit for switching a reversing polarity signal

I have an H-Bridge circuit that currently uses physical switched to select the load across the bridge (as attached)

I want to change the switching from physical dip switch to digital. Relays are not feasible because the loads are switched several times a second continuously and will wear out the contacts. The frequency is 125 kHz

It seems SSR will only be useful for switching 240VAC.

Is there a small SMD device that would do want I want? Alternately, owuld something like my circuit "Switched" do the trick?

Thanks

Well, 125 kHz is certainly several times a second (125,000 times per second to be exact), which is way beyond anything a mechanical relay could do.
Is that really how fast you need to switch?

A lot depends on what it is you are actually switching.
Like, the signals source,
Signal level,
Load,
More details please.
What are you actually trying to do?
