Is Q2 in the circuit or not?

That tells me that Q2 is defective and the relay is not activated so there would be no sound from the big speaker.

I have been looking all this time, I can't find it! is the one I have replace which make r1 blowing, I think it was NPN not PNP not sure as I can't find it, was on my desk
