Hi, I am making this splitflap: https://splitflap.home.blog/step-by-step-instruction/ and am doing pretty well with everything - the one thing I am stuck on is working out the components for the master PCB (where the resistors go). I am pretty new to making things with PCB's so a little out of my depth. Could anyone please help me with which resistors go in which spaces - I have attached pictures of the PCB and the resistors if that helps. If anyone has advice for how to work out this problem in the future that would be great (I tried doing it through the Gerber files but that didn't really help me work it out).

I suggest that you do not use that layout for the circuit board fabrication! The reason is that there are many design rule violations: " so plenty of errors ". A whole lot of short circuits if you built this board as shown!!

Agreed. That layout is totally awful and unacceptable. A PCB layout is called "artwork" and for good reason. When you have completed a PCB layout, you should be able to stand back and admire it as a beautiful piece of art and be proud of it.

In particular, the design rules broken are about spacing, which the layout shown has many shorted circuits and potential shorted circuits.
BUT maybe it is only the part locations that you need and your PCB is much different.
And after I did look at the post you linked, there is no way I would attempt any project shown from those creators.

It seems TS has the board, but the screenprint doesn't show values.

It's an awful piece of design, but some of that could be artifacts of the rendering due to old and partly incompatible version of Eagle.

My Linux Free Eagle version seems to render it OK.
The only DRC check error is for the text spacing block for the name and version number.
