Is the diode from Vcc to Vb connected the right way round?

 

When i remove the voltage cable of mosfets, the signals are coming back to the normal. But when i replug the cable of 1-3th mosfets drain's , the signals are acting anormally as i told above.

Try a large bypass cap from that cable to GND, or use a seperate power supply for the mosfets just to see if that is the problem

my power supply is good. Scoped lots of times and there is no peaks. Its pure dc voltage.
i will also try seperate power supply and add bypass capacitor. Thanks for advice.

i ll let you now when i try.
