Spice model for PTC required

Hi
I want to simulate a circuit using PTC in LTspice. But, the manufacturer (Littelfuse) has not given the spice model for PTC. My question is,
1.Does anyone have unencrypted spice model for PTC?
2.If I get an unencrypted spice model, can I edit that model to the one which I use?

The PTC which I use is AHEF500. Its electrical parameters are:
Trip time- 9 sec
Max Voltage-32V
Ihold- 5A
Itrip-10A
Resistance- 15m ohm (minimum), 40m ohm (maximum).

Can anyone help me in this? Thanks in advance.

P.S
I have referred the spice model given by Vishay, but they are encrypted.

hi GVA,
These files are for PTC's, they may help.

You could modify the on circuit parameters to suit the AHEF
Hi
Thanks for your help. But, the library file you have given is encrypted. How can I modify the circuit parameters?

hi GVA,
I have found this data for the AHEF500, showing resistance versus temperature, you could use a LTS asc List or Text file to sim the PTC.?

Here is an article. I just quickly looked it over and it seems relevant but uses Vishay parts. Maybe it is useful for you.

Looks like the same encrypted models from ericgibbs but they are LTspice encrypted and the symbols are included. It all opens for me. See the pdf in the zip file linked in the article for instructions. Not Littelfuse but something.
