Hi! may be someone have any LT-Spice model for best the 74HTC4015 or 74HC4015 or worst case at least CD4015.
When I am searching for I get 4 pages speaking blablabla and nothing useful. Coudnt it be it not exist?
I have a .sub file from Multisim that might work - I haven't tested it myself in LT-Spice. I don't have a LT-Spice symbol or pin mappings, so you'll probably have to make them yourself (which isn't too hard, I don't think?).
Again, I don't know if this SPICE file will work with LT-Spice, but it doesn't hurt to try. This is a +5V model.
Hope this works! Apologies for not having an "official" LT-Spice model/symbol.

Thank You very much, eetech00.
Had to design the sinwave generator where ARM-based pwm as well the classical DDS seems less appropriate.
So wished to look on CD4015 composing the Fourier inaccuracies and then make a final choice between simplicity of HCT4015 and complexity of AD9850.
