I am looking for a SPICE model for the AD630 synchronous demodulator. Some time ago I downloaded one, but unfortunately I cannot find it anymore.

If anyone has the model available, could you please share one of the following files?

• AD630.sub
• AD630.lib
• AD630.cir

I intend to use it for simulation in LTspice / PSpice for a synchronous detection (lock-in amplifier) application.

If you also know where this model can be downloaded (old application notes, libraries, etc.), I would greatly appreciate the reference.

LTspice has one in its native library.
