Hello All,

I am adding new model into LTspice for TI LM25184_Q1 part. I have downloaded model online but there was no .cir in model files on TI site.

So I simply changed extension .lib to .cir and was able to generate and place symbol in LTspice schematic. However I am getting below error when trying to run simulation.
"lm25184-q1.lib(484): Expected device instantiation or directive here.
$CDNENCSTART_ADV2"

There are multiple error for Multiple line# in .cir file.

I suspect my method of change .lib to .cir is wrong.

Note - All .cir .lib and .olb file are located in same folder as LTspice simulation schematic file.

Quite often TI models dont work with LTspice, since they are written for "PSpice for TI" which has a slightly different syntax. Try to download and install PSice for TI.

Texas Instruments does not officially provide an LTspice model for the LM25184; they only supply a PSPICE model. You can download the native PSPICE files from the Texas Instruments LM25184 Product Folder, but running encrypted vendor models directly in LTspice often throws formatting or encryption compatibility errors
