Dear all, Hope you all are doing great. I have designed a circuit using EDA tool. Now I am interested to simulate the circuit but i found there are following three components doesn't contain their corresponding Spice3 simulation model files;

1. MOSFET_IRF510
2. Schottky Diode_RB160L-90
3. Zener Diode_1N750

Kindly help me to find the Spice3 simulation model files for EDA. I shall be grateful to for this act of kindness.

 

hi Mike,
The models are in this text file.
Place the diode text in the standard.dio file and the MOSFET in the standard.mos file and Save.
Using a text editor program.

Restart LTSpice and the models should be accessible by using key F2.
