What do you mean that you have it "in your hand"? As a loose part? As part of some PCB assembly?

If you don't have the data sheet, how are you trying to write something onto it?

The part is an Atmel AT25128B 128 Kbit SPI Serial EEPROM (manufactured in the 5th week of 2019), possibly in the Philippines.
