Solar panels in series

Maybe you can set up the extra 2 panels to run a water distillation unit, then sell the water to recover your cost. No need for an inverter, just run DC to a heating element in the boiler.

I was involved in setting up the electronics for a demand side management study. One of the things we looked at was heating water without an inverter. We just replaced one of the electric heating elements in a water heater. A more sensible way would be to pre-heat water. Remotely, we could discharge the tank simulating a shower, dishwasher use or washing. The study was also done in co-operation with the local utility.

Ha ha ha..

I have a solar heater. Solar heater has inbuilt electric heater next to tank. I can see 2 terminals.

This is simple copper rod.

From panel to rod? LoL

Well, thing is, water will not heat at night..

My friends, just for info.
Adani is one of the biggest brands in India.

During corona share price of Adani Green went from 90 to 1100.

I mean 10 times? What the hell.

I am struggling to make money using their panels.

I should have bought shares instead of panels

It's possible to connect bifacial solar panels in parallel to use all 12 panels with full efficiency.
When you connect solar panels in parallel, the voltage remains the same, but the current increases. This means that you can connect more solar panels to your inverter, even if the total voltage exceeds the inverter's maximum voltage rating.
However, it is important to note that the inverter will only be able to handle a certain amount of current. If the total current from the solar panels exceeds the inverter's maximum current rating, the inverter will overload and shut down.

Panels can be paralleled if you have isolation diodes. Small panels usually have these built-in; don't know about the big ones. For small panels I found suitable dual Schottky rectifiers in a scrap switching power supply.

Having an excess capacity of panels should give you more output in overcast conditions, winter, and earlier/later in the day. Likely not enough to justify the cost, though, unless the utility pays better at those times.
