Solar Panel - Schottky Bypass Diode Replacement

I have 6 solar panels that are only 2 years old and giving varied dc voltage output. I'm hoping its the bypass diodes. I cant see any other damage to the cells on the panels. (Note: these are rejected panels - no warranty)

There are (3) Junction Boxes. (Positive-out) (center-no lead) and (Negative-out). They are potted for IP67 waterproof and sealed to the panel back. I removed the potting in all 3 boxes to identify the diodes. A THY 2550 was in all 3. Each box is tied to 24 cells.

I can't find an exact match to that diode #.? I cant find the manufacturer for that diode logo.?

Can someone point me to a diode that would be comparable?
I'd really like to improve the Forward Voltage Drop quality of the diode if you have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Diodes I've found:

Are the panels to be wired in parallel or series ?
In parallel under load the output V of each panel will all be the same.
Have you measured SC current of each panel ?

1. Neither. I'm building 12v / single panel Travel Trailer kits.

2. I'm measuring them indiviually. Current was questionable. I think the meter was failing. Will check with a new meter when we get some sun.

Pretty sure it's the diodes. Going to replace one panels diodes and see.
Choosing a diode without a data sheet on the one comming out is not my forte. Can you suggest one based on the panel data?
