I have an audio (guitar) project based on THT:

• 60x90mm PCB
• 18 caps
• 18 resistors
• 11 diodes
• 3 DIP8s
• 2 relays
• 2 JFETs
• 2 regulators
• 2 audio jacks
• 1 DC jack

I'd like to estimate what it would cost to fabricate a PCB based on SMT and assemble. Are there general formulas for what it costs with say qty:100?

Build a proper BOM (with the exact part number, for each vendor of the part, for each component needed) and get quotes from several of the cheap PCB houses.

The PCB and assembly are easy but there is a huge variation in costs from high to low for each of the part types you listed.
