Several ways to answer that.
1) They are all single supply if you know how to design circuits.
2) Any vendors website that contains a parametric search engine.
3) There are 11,136 choices on www.mouser.com. How long of a list do you want?

Bias the + input to 1/2 Vcc - you might want to select a rail-to-rail type as you've just halved the voltage headroom.

I used lm358 as single supply amplifier for amplifying the output from a alcohol sensor, I found that output is saturating on 3.5v, How can i inprove this..?.
