I am using OPA859-Q1 in one of my application. It's supply voltage is 3.3V,single supply operation.I am confused about is output swing when operated from 3.3V supply

Is the maximum swing is 2.4V when operated from 3.3V Supply.Below table is from datasheet '6.5 Electrical Characteristics'

No.

Looking at the Vs+=3.3V lines, it would typically be 1.35V (2.4V - 1.05V). Worst case (at 25C) would be 1.15V (2.3V - 1.15V).

An opamp with rail-to-rail outputs could give something closer to 3.3V.

I am using this Opamp for photodiode application.
When I need to set the gain such that output voltage won't cross 1.35V? or 2.4V?

My circuit is given below. This is a single supply operation. The min photo diode current is 1.3uA,Typ is 2.53,Max is 3.8uA.
The feedback resistor currently kept is 100K.

Since that is an inverting amp, then you would want V2 to be 2.4V with RF = 275KΩ to give about a -1V swing with 3.8μA max photo-diode current.

I don't know I will be able to keep 275K.I need a BW of 300Khz
A small feedback capacitor (e.g. a few pF) across the feedback capacitor can help that.

Or you can use a smaller resistor to get more bandwidth at a lower gain, and that add another op amp at the output to get the gain back.
