Thank you very much for the infoActually when you download the installation file from Mathworks site, installation includes Simulink as well. In fact you get to choose additional toolboxes which you can use on MATLAB and Simulink, including Control System Design toolboxes.
You can try writing simulink to the command line. It would open up the Simulink.
