Not that hard.
Just program the control voltage for the switch with a PWL stream of various pulse width and lengths to emulate a typical switch bounce.
Isn't the outcome obvious? If you allow double or triple pulses into a sequential circuit, you get what you put in.
The real test is with real components and trial and error. It is common practice to use hardware or software remedies with 20 - 50 ms time constant or delay.

If you want a rock-solid hardware solution, use a double-throw switch and an R-S flip-flop.
