I only have spray gun with 1 mm output and of coursea small air compressor.
I am not a pro. I only use it for diy.

I sell the hv power supply for school experiments and the factories for ee parts testing , that is make by order, now we are not selling out of Taiwan, someday in the future will do.

If you want to make it better then you must do the Vmax/Imax burning test, the standard is 72 hrs and continuing temperature under 60 ℃(140 ℉), but I think you just need to do continuing burning less than 4 hrs is ok.

You have to measure the temperature of bjts and load and check V/I a couple of times in the first hour.
